  - Share sensitive personal information (e.g. financial, health or confidential business data).
  - Use the Chatbot for illegal, abusive or deceptive activities.
  - Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Chatbot's operation.
• Data Handling
  Your conversations may be stored on our servers (hosted on Railway) and processed by OpenAI to generate responses. For details about data collection, storage, and retention, see our Privacy Policy.
• Disclaimer
  The Chatbot’s responses are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. The Chatbot should not be used for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

All content on our Websites and Chatbot—including text, graphics, code, trademarks, and logos—is the property of Premier Real Estate Management LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Websites and Chatbot for personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Real Estate Management LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any content or errors within AI-generated responses,

• Third-party service failures.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid (if any) to use our services.
