Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work.

Location: Grand Chute/Appleton Areas (Serving 4 Properties)

Status: Full-Time Position

Compentation: Based upon experience. The company offers competitive salary with benefits, including 401k plan, paid vacation and holiday pay.

Start Date: Immediately

Duties to include: Maintenance of buildings & units, Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate, Minor plumbing & electrical repairs, and Snow removal from walkways.

Qualifications: Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools.
