Grounds Keeper/Maintenance Helper

Location: Western Manor (South Bend, IN)

Compensation: Based upon experience. The company offers competitive salary with benefits, including 401k plan, paid vacation and holiday pay.

Start Date: Immediately

Duties to include:
-Maintaining property site grounds
-Assisting with light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate
-Snow removal from walkways

Qualifications: Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and positive attitude.
