We are looking for a Part-Time, Live-On-Site Property Manager for our Midway Gardens community in Menasha, WI. This position requires 15 hours/week and includes a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment. Hours 16-20 will be paid at $14 to $15 per hour. The ideal candidate must be a positive and energetic team player who will provide outstanding customer service.
Duties to Include:
– Leasing of apartment homes
– Preparing and processing leasing paperwork
– Coordinating maintenance requests
– Resident relations
– Light grounds upkeep
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have experience in customer service, be a self-starter, possess basic computer skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Candidates should be organized, have great attention to detail and possess problem solving skills.
Compensation:
Hours 16-20 will be paid at $14 to $15 per hour
