Property Caretaker – Grafton, WI

Hillside Estates/Random Lake Apartments
We are looking for a Part-Time, Live-On-Site Property Caretaker for Hillside Estates and Random Lake communities in Grafton & Random Lake, WI. These properties consist of 68 total units.
This position requires 15 hours/week and includes a partial monthly rent credit towards an apartment. Hours in excess of 15 hours per week will be paid at $18.00 per hour. The ideal candidate must be a positive and energetic team player who will provide outstanding customer service.
Duties to Include:
– General property upkeep on grounds and buildings
– Performing unit inspections for upcoming move outs and completing unit turns as instructed
– Handling general maintenance requests in a timely manner
– Resident relations – Snow removal and salting of sidewalks and common areas
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have experience in customer service, be a self-starter, possess basic computer skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Candidates should be organized, have great attention to detail and possess problem solving skills.
Compensation:
Partial Rent Credit + $18.00 per hour
