On-Call Caretaker – Mauston, WI

– Replace light bulbs on the exterior and interior. Replace smoke detector batteries as needed or annually.
– Consult with contractor(s) for any required site work.
– Test all fire alarms monthly and keep records in a notebook.
– Plow, shovel & salt common sidewalks on the properties.
– Replace or repair any broken windows.
– Do minor electrical, plumbing and heating repairs or replace if you are capable as needed.
– Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies if needed.
– Perform maintenance requests as needed from tenants.
– Other maintenance duties as assigned or directed by your supervisor.
– Landscaping and Lawn care where needed.
