Maintenance Technician – Winfield, WV

Full Time
Position Would be full time status at two Apartment communities 4 working days in Winfield, 1 working day in South Charleston working with another tech. This position does require on call responsibilities. There is a possibility of entering a rotation with other technicians in the area.
Duties to Include:
– Maintenance of buildings & units
– Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate
– Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
– Snow removal from walkways
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools.
