Maintenance Technician – Winfield, WV

We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our Brittany Point Apartments community in Winfield, WV. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional.
Duties to Include:
– Maintenance of buildings & units
– Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate
– Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
– Snow removal from walkways
Qualifications:
Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will preferably have previous maintenance work experience and solid technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work. On call duties required possibility of on call rotation with other sites in the area.
Compensation:
$12.00 - $18.00 per hour
