Maintenance Technician – Portage, WI

We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our apartment facilities in Portage, WI. Being reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge.
Duties to Include:
– Maintenance of buildings & units
– Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate
– Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
– Snow removal from walkways
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools.
Compensation:
Based upon experience. The company offers competitive salary with benefits, including 401k plan, paid vacation, sick time, and holiday pay.
