We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for two of our apartments in Neenah, WI. Qualified applicants must be a team player and possess strong work ethics and leadership skills, able to pay high attention to detail, be a quick mover, and decision maker. Must have a can-do attitude and work closely with property managers, residents, contractors and other maintenance techs.
Duties to Include:
– Maintenance of buildings & units
– Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate
– Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
– Snow removal from walkways
Qualifications:
Requirements include basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry, etc. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Compensation:
$19-$23 an hour/40 hours per week. Benefits include 401k, paid vacation, sick time, and holiday pay.
