We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technicians to support daily maintenance operations across a multi-site residential portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with their hands, and taking pride in keeping apartment homes safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents.
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key part of the on-site team—responding to service requests, performing preventative maintenance, supporting capital projects, and contributing to a positive living experience for our residents.
Duties to Include:
• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Complete work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, and assigned projects efficiently and with attention to quality.
• Assist with capital improvement projects and unit turns as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency maintenance situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs completed, inspections, and materials used.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and applicable local and state building codes.
• Communicate effectively with property managers and residents to support daily operations and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Perform snow removal duties, including shoveling, applying ice melt, and keeping walkways and entrances safe during winter months.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, general carpentry and electrical. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools. People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply. 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience; multi-site experience preferred but not required.
Compensation:
$23-$30 per hour based on experience.
