Maintenance Technician – Shawano, WI

We are seeking a part-time (15-20 hrs/week) Maintenance Technician to work at our Hillcrest Estates community in Shawano, WI. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and solid technical knowledge.
Duties to Include:
– Maintenance of buildings & units
– Light painting, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate
– Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
– General landscaping, weed control, trimming and picking up grounds
– Snow removal from walkways
– After-hours emergency on-call
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools.
Compensation:
$19-$24 per/hour based on experience.
