Premier Real Estate Management is looking for an enthusiastic person with previous customer service experience to manage several of our beautiful apartment communities in Sturgeon Bay, WI. As the Property Manager, you'll need to ensure the properties are well-maintained, be responsible for all aspects of leasing, tenant relations, rent collections, out-reach marketing and etc. Successful candidates must be able to multitask, be organized and have strong people skills.
Duties to Include:
• Recording and updating details of applicants and entering information into our computer systems accurately and timely.
• Manage day to day operations of the properties.
• Conducting property tours with prospective residents.
• Reviewing lease applications and verify application information.
• Working with current residents to provide information and coordinate maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
• Previous property management experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Yardi experience- (Preferred but not required).
• Previous Sales experience (Required).
• Previous Customer Service skills (Required).
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
Compensation:
$18-$24 per hour based on experience.
