Assistant Property Manager – Hartland, WI

Premier Real Estate Management is looking for an enthusiastic person with previous customer service experience to assist us with managing two of our beautiful apartment communities, Summit Lakes Apartments & Townhomes and Arbor Valley in Hartland, WI. As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll need to assist in ensuring the properties are well-maintained, be responsible for all aspects of leasing, tenant relations, rent collections, out-reach marketing and etc. Successful candidates must be able to multitask, be organized and have strong people skills.
Duties to Include:
• Recording and updating details of applicants and entering information into our computer systems accurately and timely.
• Assist Property Manger to manage day to day operations of the properties
• Conducting property tours with prospective residents.
• Reviewing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
• Working with current residents to provide information and coordinate maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
• Previous property management experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Yardi experience- (Preferred but not required)
• Previous Sales experience (Required)
• Previous Customer Service skills (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
Compensation:
Based on experience.
